Terry Merritt Terry Merritt from Jacksonville, Florida is among a handful of people in the United States experienced in the art of restoring chipped or broken crystal. Now, for over 20 years Terry has worked full time in the business of giving new life to fine crystal that has been broken or damaged and he is now considered to be one of the best in the country.
